



Aaron S. is an experienced researcher and entrepreneur with a visionary Silicon Valley mindset. After earning his Ph.D. at UC Berkeley in Cellular and Molecular Biology, he built MeliBio, spearheading the production of honey-native enzymes through precision fermentation. As the former CTO of MeliBio, he led scientific teams and oversaw R&D and IP strategy. Following his exit, he joined Biocompile as CEO to tackle a core bottleneck in biotech: accelerating long R&D cycles and addressing the complexity of biology using AI.

Max shapes Biocompile’s product strategy with expertise in business design, software engineering, and UX design. He translates complex AI technology into a product experience that feels natural to scientists, and helps drive product partnerships and integrations. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Informatics and a Master’s degree in Technology Entrepreneurship, specializing in business models for AI innovations, because great technology alone does not make a great product.

Aaron R. combines expertise in bioinformatics and AI to create a powerful AI agent for analyzing biological systems and enabling R&D automation, driving Biocompile’s technological innovation. As CTO, he leads the technical architecture and implementation with a strong emphasis on reproducibility, reliable execution, and secure handling of research data. He holds a Bachelor’s in Molecular and Technical Medicine and a Master’s in Bioinformatics, refining his expertise in agentic AI for biology.

Harlin is an experienced wet-lab scientist who has seen many labs from the inside, enabling her to represent the customer’s perspective and ensure a seamless connection between innovation and market needs. She holds a master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology and has experience leading sales teams and bringing biotech products to U.S. and EU markets. At Biocompile, she is leading customer-facing work and go-to-market, translating day-to-day lab realities into clear requirements.
